The joy of Ida's return. Ida Green is greeted by Oscar Dermanouelian as Ida returned to Sunday worship for the first time since her fall which resulted in broken ribs. Ida is on her way to recovery from her mishap. |
Sierra Leone Boutique -- Ruth Sperry, at right, greets shoppers at the boutique which opened again on Sunday. If you still want to make purchases before Christmas to benefit our mission in West Africa, call Ruth at home (phone number in the church directory). |

The Giving Tree benefiting Project Outreach was growing in gifts on the 2nd Sunday of Advent |
At left, the Giving Tree
-- Take an ornament and return a gift for a child or young adult as part
of our annual help for Project Outreach, serving needy families in the
Providence area. Take a tag off the tree, buy a gift and return it
UNWRAPPED to be taken to Project Outreach for the Christmas “Store”,
where parents may choose one gift for their child. Stuff a Stocking
Stockings are available in the Narthex to fill with goodies for Project
Outreach. Take a stocking, fill it with good stuff (mittens, gloves,
scarves, earmuffs, a book, a small game, a treat) and bring it back by
Dec 13th. Mitten request -- When you take a tag off the Giving Tree, please leave a pair of mittens, gloves, or hat behind so our tree continues to be “decorated”. They will be given to families in NK (at Crossroads) and Project Outreach |
